What do you love most about Your City?
The fact that it is between the mountains and the sea so you can choose your playground according to your mood.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
Museli and a cup of tea. No time for restaurants with 2 kids to drop off at school.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – Sleeping. Deeply.
10:00 AM – Having my second cup of tea of the day and working out how to get everything done in time.
12:00 PM - Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?
12.00 PM is far too early for lunch in Spain. So at 14h the best place to have lunch would be at the restaurant Agua very close to our Barcelona office. It has a terrace that overlooks the Mediterranean, the food is always to a really high standard I especially love the artichokes and the arros negre (Black rice). Or when in Lisbon, Café Lisboa where they do amazing “exploding olives” with Cod á Bràs.
7:00 PM - Bath, book and bedtime for my 6 year old daughter and my 9 nine year old son.
11:00 PM – One eye on Netflix and the other one Twitter. Or both closed.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
Tea and not just any tea it must be PG Tips. I try to limit myself to a maximum of 3 cups per day.
Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?
BBC News App. I love it’s bit sized chunks of information, dramatic sounding alerts and the ability to dig deep into trends and longer articles when I have more time. I like the Videos of the day feature too.
What should everyone try at least once?
Being a stranger in a strange land.
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
Actually I really, really hate getting lost. I need to know where I am going at all times. I like to know where my exits are. The thought of getting lost gets me quite panicky. The only place I would enjoy getting lost is in my own thoughts.
