What do you love most about Your City?

I love the whole vibe of Manhattan. Even on the hottest or coldest day of the year there is still something romantic about the city. It’s full of culture and history and the most incredible food in the world! Everything is right at our fingertips (for better or for worse). Its grittiness is part of its charm and I feel like it’s embedded in me as a born and raised New Yorker.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

Wow this is so difficult. My favorite breakfast meal changes all the time, especially with the seasons. I typically have breakfast at home and right now I’m loving eggs, sauteed spinach and avocado with my mushroom coffee. My favorite spot for breakfast is probably Old Rose in the Jane Hotel because they have the most INSANE sourdough toast I’ve ever had.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – At 6 I’m still asleep most days. I typically wake up around 8am.

10:00 AM - By 10 I am definitely awake and wrapping up my workout so I can get to my client calls that start at 11am.

12:00 PM - Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?

This is so vanilla, but I love Sweetgreen. I think the portions are great for the price. There’s nothing like a big bowl of greens.

7:00 PM - At 7pm I’m about to go to sit down for dinner. I usually eat on the early side because I play around with intermittent fasting and try not to eat after 8pm. I LOVE indian and thai food for dinner- the spicier the better!

11:00 PM - I’m fast asleep by 11pm (ideally). I try to go to sleep before 10pm because sleep is absolutely key for me to be able to function at 100%. I need at least 8 hours.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

I wasn’t a coffee person until recently but lately I’ve been loving starting my day off with coffee infused with lions mane and chaga mushrooms from Four Sigmatic. I keep it to one cup and then move onto water with a few drops of Sakara’s Beauty Water concentrate. It’s filled with trace minerals and rose water which I love. They also have a Detox Concentrate with chlorophyll that I have at night after dinner.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

Most used app is definitely instagram because I feel like I learn so much on there! My favorite account is @ariellecharnas because her daughters are SO FREAKIN CUTE and she’s super down to earth. My favorite health related account right now is @whatrobineats because she makes simple and beautiful meals, plus I’m obsessed with her cat.

What should everyone try at least once?

I don’t believe in “should” but I’m a big proponent of yoga.

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

On my yoga mat or on a hike. You can find me at Sky Ting in Tribeca or on a trail in the Hudson Valley region.
