What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – still sleeping!

10:00 AM – Either with a client, working on my computer, some days finishing a workout

12:00 PM - Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?

ABCV- the avocado lettuce cups and dosa!

7:00 PM -  Finishing my last client, cooking dinner, or meeting a friend for dinner

11:00 PM – These days usually winding down for bed with my night time routine of lighting my candles, putting on my Vitruvi essential oil diffusor with the lavender oil and on good days journaling then reading a book or listening to some of a podcast (currently reading Bringing up Bebe and listening to the Cabral Concept podcast)! On other days I could still be out at a restaurant with my husband or friends or watching tv (currently watching This is Us and Good Girls Revolt on amazon prime)

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

I definitely need one cup of coffee in the morning. I also start my day with a hot water with lemon with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and fresh ginger. It’s the best way to wake up my digestive tract after sleep while gently detoxifying and providing a boost of vitamin C.

Being pregnant I have to say I don’t really miss alcohol, I drink dandelion root tea at night. It helps detox and making a hot cup of herbal tea helps me wind down

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

Instagram and favorite account these days has been Medical Medium. I learn something with every post! I’ve also been loving following Danielle DuBoise, the co-founder of Sakara Life. She just had a baby girl and she shares a lot about being a new mom and a lot of mom products that I have been taking note of! I admire her business a lot as well!

What should everyone try at least once?

Where do you enjoy getting lost?
