My Goal of the Day:  To stay in the moment. The present is a present.  Look for the joy.

My Thought of the Day:  This IS possible.

My Action of the Day: Prioritize and be efficient.

What do you love most about Your City?

Everyone is in the industry. Creativity is everywhere.

What do you do best?

I love strategizing, thinking outside of the box, and creating “something” out of “nothing”-- or taking something good and making it even better.   I’m a pretty good dealmaker too.

What makes you the best version of yourself?

Listening to my inner voice.  I’ve learned then when I get quiet and trust my instincts, they almost never fail me.  Also eating healthy, exercise, finding time for fun, and getting enough sleep.

Favorite breakfast meal?

I’ve become a master smoothie-maker. I enjoy creating different concoctions typically involving strawberries, bananas, and/or blueberries, with chia seeds, cinnamon and almond milk.  I also try to eat steel cut oats a few times a week.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM –  Sleeping!

10:00 AM – in the thick of whatever project I’m working on.

12:00 PM  Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?

The Aroma Café in Studio City.  And afterwards the Gelato Bar, which is just down the block, for desert.

7:00 PM – Depending on any given day you’ll usually find me working late on a project, speaking on a panel, teaching a class, having dinner after a trade show, at a meeting of women directors, attending an industry event, watching a screening at the DGA or a studio, in a zumba or yoga class, or seeing a movie projected in our home theater with my husband Matthew.

11:00 PM – Falling asleep to recorded episodes of The Voice or Jimmy Fallon.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end?

Water with lemon slices.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

I typically only follow people I know on Instagram.  My most used App at the moment is The Ring. It’s a home security doorbell devise that we just installed and every time that motion detector goes off I can’t help but take a peak.

What should everyone try at least once?

Walking in someone else’s shoes.

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

In my imagination; there’s no better feeling than losing yourself to a new creative idea.   I also love getting lost in music.
