What do you love most about Your City?
It is snuggled into the most beautiful surroundings: trees, mountains, and ocean.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
Breakfast is so variable and I go with my intuition. Sometimes I’m low maintenance with a colorful, plant-based, quality protein smoothie. Other days, I’m spending more time in the kitchen crafting a warm bowl of fermented veggies and some type of protein.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – Sleeping
10:00 AM – Working, on emails, or writing/engaging in projects
12:00 PM - Favorite Lunch spot/meal?
I love going to Marlene’s Market and Deli in Tacoma, WA, for their salad bar and sometimes warm soup
7:00 PM - Winding down, eating dinner, taking a walk
11:00 PM – Fast asleep
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
I usually drink green tea throughout the day.

Most used app is probably Uber since I travel extensively.
What should everyone try at least once?
Traveling far from where they live to meet new people and have new experiences
