What do you love most about Your City?
I love Los Angeles, specifically the Westside cities of Santa Monica, Brentwood, Venice Beach and Malibu for the conscious, healthy lifestyle focused on yoga, meditation, beach walks, overall wellness, and plant-based cuisine.Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
The Surfer’s Burrito, made vegan and gluten-free, at Butcher’s Daughter on Abbot Kinney and the savory house made pancakes.
What are you doing at:
7:00 AM – I wake up and meditate for 10 to 15 minutes, including a few minutes of gratitude for all of my amazing family, friends, clients, and travel experiences in my life. I then answer emails, especially from clients and journalists in Europe due to the time difference, before getting ready for the day. I like to start working early in the morning before heading out to appointments.
10:00 AM – I’m usually working on my laptop at Little Beach House Malibu / Soho House, or I have a breakfast meeting with a journalist in Santa Monica or Venice. Alternatively, one or two days a week I attend a vinyasa yoga class with Tom Morley from Aziam Yoga in Brentwood, or work from Habitas in Venice.
12:00 PM - Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?
I prefer Culina restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills for a power lunch restaurant, as they have the most delicious plant-based lasagna by Chef Luca Moriconi from Lucca Italy, and fresh pressed juices from Celebrity Nutritionist Kimberly Snyder, with a stunning outdoor patio. I also like to meet clients at the hotel’s poolside Cabana Restaurant, which has a full plant-based menu by Matthew Kenney, who also founded Plant Food + Wine.
7:00 PM - I usually meet friends for dinner at Crossroads, Plant Food + Wine, Gracias Madre, A Votre Sante or Café Gratitude, as that’s my favorite way to catch up between travels.
11:00 PM – I usually read a book in bed, such as Intuitive Being or The Surrender Experiment and then go to sleep.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
When in town, I always make one green smoothie every morning with banana, spinach, ginger, lemon, almond milk, pineapple, maca, spirulina, cucumber and cilantro. I also prefer drinking hot green tea in the morning.
Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?
I use Instagram more than any other apps. My favorite Instagram account is @LuxuryWorldTraveler as they post the most beautiful travel content from around the globe, and the founder Gil Antolin is so inspiring.
What should everyone try at least once?
Staying up until sunrise on the beaches of Tulum with great friends
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
I love getting lost in Rome, wandering through the cobblestone streets, finding unique boutiques and vegan chocolate gelato, the best!
