My Goal of the Day: Help someone in some way.

My Thought of the Day: Pinch myself! My life is exciting!

My Action of the Day: Be authentic and trust my gut.

My Deed of the Day: Did a friend a favor and picked her daughter up at the bus stop today.

My Tip of the Day: Focus on one task at a time. This simple tip will keep you sane.

My Pic of the Day:

A Day in My Life:

What do you love most about your City?

I love the progressiveness and inclusiveness of Portland. It is a wonderful place to raise my daughter.  It also is known for its delicious and healthy food.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

I like to eat breakfast at home, believe it or not. I feel best when I eat a light breakfast. IF I venture out to eat at that time of day, any restaurant with bacon will do. Ha!

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – Sleeping (unless I have to catch an early flight).

10:00 AM – Working. This is my most productive and creative time of the day. I love sitting in my kitchen and working away. Sometimes I have to set an alarm to remind myself to look up and take a break or if I need to be somewhere. I get lost in the work I love.

12:00 PM - Favorite Lunch spot/meal?

Garden Bar... hands down. I love creating an amazingly fresh salad with my favorite ingredients including loads of greens and high quality protein. There are locations all over the Portland area. Definitely check it out.

7:00 PM - Winding down and spending high-quality time with my beautiful daughter.

11:00 PM – Sleeping. I like to get 9 hours a night, ideally.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

SkinTē, of course! Not only am I one of the creators, I am also one of the consumers! Its high-quality, organic green and white teas, hand-selected herbs (picked by me!), collagen peptides, and low carbs make it a perfect way to support my skin and my overall health. It energizes and calms me at the same time. I drink 1-3 a day. Okay… sometimes more. But it’s so delicious… and sparkling! :)

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

Does Google Mail count as an app? I spend a LOT of time managing email.

What should everyone try at least once?

Swim with dolphins! Truly amazing!

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

In the middle of bustling cities or on deserted beaches. I guess I like extremes.
