My Pic of the Day;
What do you love most about Your City?
I love New York city for it’s contagious energy that you don’t feel anywhere else in the world and of course for the arts and culture. I think Timeout quoted NYC as the “incubator of innovation “. I can’t agree more. It inspires me to create!
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
I love making breakfast with my husband. Every morning I start with a spoon full of local honey and a tall glass of lemon water. I then brew a dark French roast in a French press followed by two soft boiled eggs with a few pieces of smoked salmon, avocado and fruit. I like to start my day off with a big breakfast.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – I’m hitting the snooze button. I’m up by 6;30 am
10:00 AM – I’m on my 3rd private session.
12:00 PM - Favorite Lunch spot/meal?
For lunch I usually go to a local Moroccan café and order a chicken salad with roasted carrots and beets with some delicious Moroccan spices and a tall glass of water.
7:00 PM - I’m teaching a group class at my studio.
11:00 PM – I am sound asleep.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
I like having one cup of dark French roast in the morning. Throughout the day I try to drink tons of water. In the evenings I usually have a cup of tea or one glass of a California Pino Noir.
Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?
I just love the travel accounts. Love discovering new places around the world and adding them to my travel bucket list.
What should everyone try at least once?
My myofascial, restorative stretch/release class on Thursdays at 7pm. Your body will thank you for it :)
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
Being a dancer, I get lost in my weekly ballet class that I take three times per week. It helps me unwind and detox. I call it my movement meditation.
