A Day in My Life:

What do you love most about Your City?

London is the most cosmopolitan City on earth. I love that it is at the centre of everything and I can walk, dine, have a cup of coffee, meet up with friends, family and connections in iconic surroundings or visit business associates in the City and be impressed by the vibrancy and energy of the young hurrying to achieve their next goal

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

Typical English Breakfast of fried eggs, burnt bacon, tomatoes, hash browns and baked beans with a croissant or pain au raisin on the side. OJ and cappuccino for drinks. I have this when travelling and staying in a hotel. Normally I don’t go to restaurants for breakfast sticking to just a café for a cappuccino and pastry. Not healthy I know.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – Sleeping or getting up for an early morning flight

10:00 AM – Reading emails over a cappuccino

12:00 PM - Favorite Lunch spot/meal?

Rarely have more than a couple of slices of toast and jam for lunch as a full lunch makes me sleepy. However, all the expensive restaurants in London offer reduced prices for lunch so it makes a visit more affordable, so I might take a customer out to one of them. I like the Ivy Group.

7:00 PM - Final look at emails before dinner at 7.30pm. In summer will return from a training ride on my bike, shower and get ready for dinner

11:00 PM – Watching TV probably the news.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

I don’t like drinking alcohol during the day so will stick to coffee. At the end I will have half a bottle of red wine with my wife Lisa probably an Italian Amarone or an Australian Shiraz.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

Messages, Whatsapp, Facebook, Weatherpro and Uber – and Mail! Don’t use Instagram much – I believe it is called Insta now!

What should everyone try at least once?

Confront a fear/phobia

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

Researching new technology. I get totally immersed clicking on so many threads and making notes to help me work on new strategies.
