WHAT ARE YOU DOING AT:

6:00 AM - BY NOW  I’VE SNUGGLED AND SNUCK SOME KISSES FROM MY FUR BABIES. DID A BREATH MEDIATION IN BED. MORNING PRAYER. 8 OZ OF WATER WITH LEMON..

6:00 AM:

SECOND GLASS OF WATER WITH APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

EAT A GRAPEFRUIT.

THEN IT’S SUN SALUTATION FLOW AND I INVERT FOR ABOUT 20-30 MIN. HAVE ANOTHER GLASS OF WATER WITH liquid chlorophyll.

FEED MY FUR BABIES – two dogs and a cat.

Put on a podcast or favorite music.. AND PERFORM MY SKINCARE REGIMEN THAT IS ABOUT 8 MINUTES.

EAT BREAKFAST -

CHECK EMAIL, VOICEMAILS, SOCIAL MEDIA

HEAD OUT THE DOOR TO WALK DOGS RIVERSIDE OR CENTRAL PARK.

10:00 AM - COFFEE..  OR A “BLUE MAGIK “ FROM JUICE PRESS AND AT THE GYM.

12:00: ON MY WAY TO STUDIO AND FINSHING LUNCH. POST WORKOUT MEAL. USUALLY BRING MY FOOD.

FAVORITE LUNCH:

GRILLED ROSEMARY CHICKEN OVER SPINACH CHOPPED PARSLEY/ RADISHES WITH HOMEMADE SALSA + SWEET POTATO WITH COCONUT/BUTTER. WATER

FAVORITE LUNCH SPOT:

DIG INN OR LITTLE BEET IN NOMAD  Near My studio

7:00 PM – WITH MY LAST CLIENT OF THE DAY.

11:00 PM –After a shower AND  EPSOM SALT FOOT SOAK. ( I do this at least 3xa week before bed)  I PERFORM 5 MINUTE FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY WHICH HELPS CALM MY NERVOUS SYSTEM  USUALLY MAKES ME FALL ASLEEP.  LIGHTS OUT!!

WHAT DRINK DO YOU NEED TO GET THROUGH THE DAY AND AT THE END( AND HOW MANY) 

I DRINK WATER AND TEA ALL DAY. RIGHT NOW ITS DANDELION TEA! Water with mint!

I need my water with Apple cider vingear and at the end of the day water with Magnesium! Both keep my body clean, hydrated and lymphatic/immune system  healthy and strong!

UTAH! I’VE TRAVELED THE WORLD BUT  IM SO DRAWN TO THE MOUNTAINS AND THE VASTNESS OF THIS PART OF THE COUNTRY. I SPENT 6 WEEKS TRAVELING ALONE HIKING/CLIMBING AND EXPLORING 6 NATIONAL PARKS … (CENTRAL PARK  WHEN HOME)
