Jordan Zimmerman is Founder, Chairman and architect of Zimmerman Advertising, one of the largest advertising agencies in the country. What do you love most about Your City?

The fact that there’s no City or State tax makes it the perfect environment for businesses. The beautiful weather, incredible lifestyle, and the most amazing cost of living. It’s great for attracting talent for all of these reasons.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

My favorite breakfast meal is egg whites and oatmeal. I eat at home.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – I start my day at 2:30-3:00 AM with 45 minutes of cardio. Then, I hit the gym for an hour of weights. I then come home and study the client’s sales/comp numbers from the day before (what was their traffic like, what were their comp sales like, etc.), and send out texts and emails to account directors on each brand. After, I shower and have breakfast with family at 6:30 AM.

10:00 AM – I am working on growing my clients’ business whether that be in the office or on the road. (I could be visiting clients or having meetings internally.)

12:00 PM - Favorite Lunch spot/meal?

Working at my desk and having meetings. Or having lunch with clients if I’m traveling. Locally I have lunch with Mike Jackson, the Chairman, CEO and President of AutoNation, at least once a month.

7:00 PM - I’m catching up on emails from the day, returning calls and talking to my CEO, President and Director of Client Services.

11:00 PM – Winding down and getting ready to get some sleep.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

Water, water and more water. Hydration is key to energy and health.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

Waze is my most used app. My favorite Instagram account is my own, @JZSpeaks because I can inspire others on what COULD be in their lives.

What should everyone try at least once?

Falling in love.

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

On the beach/in the gym/running or during any cardio exercise/in the moment with my family.
