My Goal of the Day: My daily goal is to remain in the moment as much as possible.
My Thought of the Day: If you have never failed, you have never tried.
My Action of the Day: My daily actions are dependent on the day’s plans and goals. With that in mind, my daily action is to start.
My Pic of the Day:
A Day in My Life:
What do you love most about Your City?
I love the pace of Manhattan, as well as the Upper West Side vibe. Having lived in numerous places where people always think of someplace else as home, New York is unique in that when you move here, you become a native.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
The Utopia Diner on Amsterdam – poached eggs, potatoes, toast, tomato juice, coffee, and a large glass of water with no ice
What are you doing at:
5:00 AM – Waking up, listening to the news and weather, playing with the cat. If it’s Wednesday, I’m already out, on my bike, training in Central Park.
6:00 AM – Feeding the cat. Dressing. Eating breakfast.
8:00 – 11:00AM +/- – As an entrepreneur my days are varied, from working out with my trainer twice a week to training clients other mornings. Also, I may be writing, shooting or editing videos, developing choreography for classes I teach
12:00 PM - Favorite Lunch spot/meal?
Lunch is catch as catch can and usually at 1:30 or 2PM. Sometimes at home, sometimes at a neighborhood spot. My favorite spot is the Legend Chinese Restaurant on 72nd Street. They have a variety of specials that I rotate through.
7:00 PM – Teaching aquatic fitness classes or training clients
11:00 PM – I’d better be sleeping by 11PM
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
Water though the day, coffee in the morning.
Facebook, Kindle, Strava, YouTube, WeCroak
What should everyone try at least once?
Riding a bike across Iowa
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
In an engrossing book
