What do you love most about Your City?

I don’t have one city as home, I travel a lot for work, but let’s say NYC as I am here at the moment. I lived and studied here for my whole 20’s and there is nothing I love more that riding my bike or walking the streets while listening to music. It’s like being the star of your own music video. Theses days I have graduated from my old Discman to my iPhone.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

Café Mogador in the East Village. It’s been my favourite breakfast café for 20 years and I always get the Haloumi Eggs with gluten free toast… Ok I’m now hungry.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – sleeping, I am late to bed and late to rise if I don’t have an early call time.

10:00 AM –  I am in class teaching at Pace University, which is one of the reasons why I am in NYC at the moment, that is right, “Professor Soldatic”.

12:00 PM – Favorite Lunch spot/meal?

The Beekman Hotel. It’s old school grandeur is beautiful

7:00 PM – At The Actors Studio, seeing Fool For Love by Sam Shepard, starring the brilliant Chris Stack and Agatha Nowicki. They worked on this play in session for a while and every time I was there, their rehearsals were magnificent. True masters working in the way we do at The Actors Studio.

11:00 PM – Finally home on the Lower East Side in NYC. Getting ready for bed and I will read through a script that was just sent to me to consider.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

Water! I can never drink enough… and at the end of the day, as a good European, I always have a glass of red wine… some days 2.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

My heart app… I am always wanting to see how many steps I have done at the end of day!

What should everyone try at least once?

Travelling alone.

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

Venice Italy.
