My Tip of the Day: Begin it with meditation and movement. It sets the stage for feeling good about yourself and what awaits you.

What are you doing at 7:00 PM -  Dinner with my husband. We recently became “free birds” —aka parents with no kids living full-time at home. (Can you tell I don’t like the term “empty nester?”)

What drink do you need to get through the day? Coffee in the morning, Water throughout the day, Green tea in the eve.
