My Tip of the Day: Begin with the end in mind and leave room for flexibility and magic.
What are you doing at: 6:00 AM – Still sleeping. I wake up around 6:30/7am and do my morning routine before any appointments. The time that I take to self-care, get grounded and prep for my day is very important and paramount to the outcome of my day. My routine includes Water/hydration, Daily Gratitude List, a meditation that varies in length and stretching + activating my body. Not looking at my phone is a work in progress.
