What do you love most about NYC?
The energy this city gives off is very inspiring. There is never a dull moment in NYC and there is something comforting about living at the center of the universe.
My favorite meal of the day has to be breakfast and must be accompanied by incredible coffee. Lucky for me I have Two Hands!
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – Waking up. Get dressed and head to work. I don’t shower in the morning; I tick that box the night before. I take probably 5 mins to get ready in the morning.
10:00 AM – Catching up with managers and my business partner at one of the cafes. Usually over breakfast and a coffee.
12:00 PM – At the moment, you will find us on a city bikes riding all over the city looking for our next location. Fitting in lunch somewhere in there too.
7:00 PM - Getting home to see my wife. We usually cook together at home during the week.
11:00 PM – I’m in bed at 10pm – very boring… If we are out and about we love to listen to some jazz in The Village or down in Tribeca. My wife is pregnant at the moment so we are definitely hitting the hay early these days.

Where do you enjoy getting lost in NYC?
I love getting lost in the West Village. It really is a special place. I have never lived there so it still holds lots of surprises to discover. It’s a classic New York neighborhood which is very romantic.
