What do you love most about Your City?
After living on the Island for 15 years, I moved downtown 11 years ago and love the convenience of downtown living with the Island perks a bridge away. But the best part of living here by far is the fact my children and grandson are all within a 30 mile radius.... My less ‘cheesy’ answer will have to be the airport. I do lots of traveling and it’s tough to beat PBI! Oh and the Brightline! It’s a game changer for meetings in Miami!
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
Benny’s on the Beach at Lake Worth Pier has become synonymous with long brunches with friends, family and out of town guests.... Benny’s Salmon Eggs Benedict is amazing!

12:00 PM - Favorite Power Lunch spot?
I’m not a creature of habit by nature, however I do find my lunching rotation is pretty consistent. Pistache, Bice and Pizza al Fresco .... all have great food, a great vibe and just never disappoint!
7:00 PM - When I’m out and about in the evenings it is usually for a work related event. When it isn’t, I can often be found enjoying Meat Market’s extended Happy Hour with friends. Game night, whether at my house or at a friend’s, is another favorite evening activity. During Peak season, if I’m not hosting, I’m probably hibernating for the evening catching up on strength or catching up on emails.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
My morning smoothie—spinach, coconut water, pineapple, bananas, ginger and turmeric. I’ll fill up two bottles and enjoy my second one in the afternoon.
My end of day guilty pleasures One with Life Organic Tequila, splash of soda, mint and lime on the rocks,
