Chef Victoria Dell'Oca, was born in Miami, Florida. She attended culinary school at Johnson and Wales in Denver, Colorado and continued her culinary passion in the kitchen at Vail, Colorado favorite Sweet Basil, before moving back to Miami and joining the team at BB Bistro. She never stopped working hard to continue growing and learning. She now leads Le Chick’s kitchen in Wynwood, one of the "Hottest Restaurants in Miami". and is acclaimed to be part of the "5 Chefs of the Moment", according to Miami Magazine.
What do you love most about Your City?
All the different cultures and being able to spend the day on the boat or by the beach
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
My grandmas huevos revueltos with a fresh mango smoothie straight from my backyard
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – pressing the snooze button
10:00 AM – getting home from pilates / getting ready for work
12:00 PM - Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?
Las Tapas de Rosa on 8th street. Great place for traditional tapas and solid conversation.
7:00 PM - expediting the line
11:00 PM – finishing up the day and closing up the kitchen
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
I need at least two espressos daily

Spotify is definitely my go to app. Cant get through the day without some tunes. My favorite instagram account right now is tfl_culinarygarden… Goals.
What should everyone try at least once?
Growing their own veggies/fruits. It’s a hobby of mine and it really makes you appreciate the beauty behind each piece of product.
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
I love getting lost in a book after a long day at work. There is nothing better than lying in bed and being fully absorbed by words of inspiration and reflection.
