What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
Mate (Argentinian tea )- Mate is a traditional drink in some countries of South America, especially in Argentina. It contains mateine (an analog of caffeine), and made by an infusion of organic dried leaves of yerba mate. It is usually drunk with friends and served in a hollow calabash gourd with a "Bombilla", a special metallic drinking straw. I drink it two times a day - one with breakfast and one with my cooks before service - 1/2 lt. each time.

What should everyone try at least once?
Mate & torta fritas with a drizzle of honey on a rainy day – or any day. Hierba luisa ice tea - one of my favorite drinks.

Paddle boarding through the little islands of the Venetian causeway on Miami Beach.
