My Deed of the Day: Purchasing new and exotic ingredients to play around with so that the whole staff can be familiar with a wide variety of flavors and textures.

What do you love most about Your City? Philadelphia has as much cultural diversity as any other big city,  but the number of restaurants representing those cultures has boomed in the last decade and we have a wide array of amazing restaurants with food and drink from around the globe.
