My Goal of the Day: To work with my team of amazing women to bring joy to others. I couldn’t do it without them. Women are amazing and when we work together and support each other, there is no end to what we can do.
My Tip of the Day: Put yourself on your schedule! Don’t neglect your health by not taking the time. Schedule yourself each day for a workout, meditation or whatever you need and treat it like an appointment that can’t be broken.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)? I drink SPARK every morning. I don’t drink coffee or juice so this is my morning favorite. After that it’s just water all day. If it’s a Friday or Saturday night there will for sure be a glass of wine or cocktail. 🙂
