How did you get into the industry?
Started in record business, working for Motown Records in Detroit after college.

Social media has allowed unknown people to become trends, brands, influencers especially online.
Any industry opportunities or challenges?
Social media trends change constantly from myspace to now. Online sales and branding promo to be winners and profitable.
Inspiration for the business idea, and your vision for the Business?
Created Lynn Allen Jeter & Associates. to assist in event production and creating fundraisers and special events for the music business and community events. Publicity came from taking classes at UCLA.
What's next for the Business in the near future?
More focus on the future with television and film clients and want to produce content for streaming and TV.
Your key initiatives for the success of the Business?
Partnership to produce T.V. and create special events and digital marketing partnerships too.
Your most difficult moment at the Business? (and what did you learn?)
The first person I had to fire was very hard but I had to learn to do what is best for the business.
Ideal experience for a customer/client?
We like working with new talent and products to publicize and create brand awareness that help in sales and marketing the client.
How do you motivate others?
Share my experiences and invite others to join in our experiences and ask questions; anything I can do to show support too.
Career advice to those in your industry?
Work hard, continue to learn and grow as a person and volunteer intern on the paths you are interested in (i.e. publicity, marketing, digital and social media development, etc.)
What do I do best?
I would work hard and creatively on new talent and product lines. Produce all types of events, motivate and encouragement for clients and staff.

Honest, share information and listen to other points of view.
What are my aspirations?
Be the best and honest person in business and in life. Help and support others and create content and special events
My Biggest Success?
Working with and help develop new talent successes, produced the 25th anniversary of The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. Stevie Wonder various events, production on Motown 25th TV special.
My Most Challenging Moment?
Not doing more and working smarter and less hours.

My mother was a great role model. Stevie Wonder is a friend, full of love and inspirations.

I love to travel and I enjoyed West Africa and Caribbean travels the most. I love Hawaii too. I love the ocean!

All derma-logical products by Dr. Susan Evans and Champagne by Moreno BHLV we helped break and launch their products.
My Current Passions?
Always help youth, mentorship of next generations, good health, the future! I love music and dance in all forms!
