What do you do best?
Negotiating the best deal possible for my clients, whether buyers or sellers.
What makes you the best?
I constantly remain informed of real estate market trends in Manhattan. I also spend a lot of time previewing new developments for my clients. My team also offers me a huge support and the reassurance that results are delivered within deadlines.
How will you stay the best?
I have managed to be a top producer for over 10 years by adapting to all kinds of markets. I will continue to inform my clients appropriately and achieve unparalleled results by doing so.
Every time a client reaches their goal and acknowledges my help.
What are your aspirations?
Personal: On a personal level, I feel very lucky and satisfied with the family that I have formed. I have a wonderful wife and step daughter, two great dogs, and terrific friends. Perhaps buying a sailboat would top it all off!
Business: To continue to rank in the top 1% of Douglas Elliman agents and deliver the highest grade of service to my clients.
Most challenging moment?
Moving to the U.S. in 1999 with limited funds and not knowing anyone. Solitude was very tricky and could have shaken me down. I remained focused on my career and am happy to say that it turned out great.
