What’s Your NativeAdVantage:

What do you do best?

Creative problem solving for people and businesses.

What makes you the best?

I pride myself on being able to come up with a creative solution to any problem.  I started my first agency because it was the best solution I could come up with to avoid having to fire four beloved and very talented colleagues when we lost our biggest client.  I led 12 colleagues in a management buyback from Chiat/Day Advertising to co-found PT&Co.  Within 7 years, we were named the #1 Most Creative PR Agency in America and the #2 Best Place to Work.

What are your aspirations?

To create a joyful planet!  My vision is a joyful planet created by 7+ billion people all coming from a place of joy, engaging joyfully with one another and making joy-filled contributions to the world.  My mission at Joyful Planet, my new business and career consultancy, is to help people unleash their joy and express it through their work.
