After his Cal Poly (San Luis Obispo) education, Alex began his career in a brand strategy agency, and quickly moved into tech startups in the Silicon Valley. Alex spent 7 years in social media tech startups, including Wildfire (acq. by Google). Alex then founded Motoroso, a platform that combines content, community, and commerce for automotive and powersports enthusiasts. Outside of running Motoroso, Alex can be found on the racetrack or in the garage tinkering on bikes and cars.
Motoroso.com is a new platform for Automotive and Powersports enthusiasts. The site combines content, community and commerce to help enthusiasts discover, engage, and purchase all the products and content that powers their lifestyle. The company went live in beta in September '14, and has over 200+ brands including the likes of Ducati, Porsche, DuPont Registry and many more.

I think what I do best is understand people. More specifically, I try to listen and identify with them to determine what they truly want and need.
What makes you the best?
I posses a genuine desire to help people achieve what they want/need, I’m a “service-oriented” person. This has driven my ability to empower, connect, and lead people.
What are your aspirations?
With Motoroso, our goal is to connect all automotive and powersports brands, manufacturers, publishers, and consumers on a single platform that serves all of our collective needs. This is a very aggressive and optimistic vision, but I like huge goals.
