Jessica Weitzman is an Associate Broker at Sotheby’s International Realty assisting Nikki Field, one of the industry’s top producers in the Manhattan’s co-op, condo and townhouse market. As a native New Yorker and longtime resident of the Gramercy Park section of New York City, Jessica is deeply entrenched in the city’s real estate landscape. Jessica has participated in a diverse array of transactions involving apartments, condos and co-ops in the New York City market, including sales in the downtown section of Manhattan and in new developments and construction projects.

Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Jessica worked as a corporate associate at Proskauer Rose LLP for six years. During her time as a practicing attorney, Jessica worked tirelessly to advocate for and effectively represent her clients. Jessica’s tremendous accomplishments earned her the distinction of being named a Super Lawyers New York City Metro Rising Star. Her robust negotiation and communication skills and ability to anticipate the needs of all parties make her uniquely poised to navigate the New York City real estate market. Jessica graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University with a BA in political science and cum laude from Brooklyn Law School. While at Brooklyn Law School, Jessica was an Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review in which her article was published; she also served as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Middle market purchases and sales of condos and co-ops with a specific focus on new development projects. Currently a part of the exclusive sales team at the Puck Penthouses.
