What’s Your NativeAdVantage:

What do you do best?

I think I am good at helping people to give voice to what they already know in their hearts to be true.

What makes you the best?

Yoga makes me the best version of myself. I am beyond grateful to have such a powerful tool in my life.

How will you become the best?

By continuing to let the practice of yoga make me a better partner to my husband, friend to my self, leader of my company and human being on this planet.

What are your aspirations?

Personal: Growing our family to be like the big, loud and wonderful one I came from!

Business: Growing our already blessed studio ;) We want to continue to spread the experience of personalized yoga that is accessible!

What fascinates you?

The way you do one thing is the way you do everything. I mean- wow that’s powerful!

My grandmother. She is 90, has survived so much tragedy and heart ache and yet she is one of the happiest people I have ever met. She inspires me! Her motto is: to be happy you need 3 things- Someone to love, Something to do and Something to look forward to. Check in with each of those then get moving!

My hometown of Encinitas, CA. It is so full of the power of Swami Yogananda that it fills my spirit right up every time I go and gives me peace just to think about it.

Smoothies. I am kind of obsessed with making them. The possibilities are endless and you can pack them with so much nutrition it’s a powerful way start the day. Especially as busy New Yorkers- I never know what the rest of the day might bring, food wise, but I know I have a good base!

Yoga!!! My husband and good food with great people!
