Arielle Patrick works in the Corporate Crisis & Issues Management division at global agency Weber Shandwick. She is on the financial communications / investor relations team, providing counsel to clients on litigation issues, M&A, IPOs and other transactions. Arielle also executes media relations programs for financial services companies in asset management, hedge fund strategies, PE, and wealth management.
Arielle graduated Princeton University in 2012, where she received an AB in the Department of Classics. She completed her senior thesis, titled "The Princeps and his Publicist: Public Relations in the Neronian Empire," which explored the relationship between Roman emperor Nero and his advisor, Seneca, through a series of Latin and Greek translations and analyses. In her spare time, she serves a pro bono role as Director of Publicity for literary magazine The American Reader. She is also U.S. Publicity Director for She Leads Africa, a non-governmental organization based in Lagos, Nigeria (pro bono).
Arielle is an active patron of non-profits including The New York Junior League, Frick Collection, and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. She has chaired and hosted benefits for several organizations, including Autism Speaks, National Audubon Society, American Friends of the Louvre Museum in Paris, School of American Ballet, New York Botanical Garden, New York Academy of Art, Parrish Art Museum, American Folk Art Museum, et al.
Arielle has also curated a series of art shows (pro bono) targeting young collectors in partnership with The New York Observer, Robert Miller Gallery, @60 Inches, and Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
