Marie-Claire Gladstone (nee Claessen) moved to Manhattan in 2005 after living in Monaco for ten years. From Monte Carlo, she worked throughout the South of France as a real estate agent and later founded her own public relations and event planning company, which catered to real estate and luxury lifestyle companies in the Cote d’Azur. Since joining Corcoran in early 2010, Marie-Claire has successfully negotiated and closed many impressive sales in condos, coops and new developments throughout Manhattan’s prominent neighborhoods. In only one year she became a member of Corcoran’s prestigious Multi Million Dollar Club.

Well travelled, Marie-Claire lived in Florence, Milan and Paris, where she was employed in the fashion industry; she achieved positions at Salvatore Ferragamo, John Galliano and Donna Karan. She is thoroughly fluent in Dutch, German, English, Italian and French. Marie-Claire’s strong work ethic, education, and business acumen in sales and marketing makes her a highly skilled broker. Her natural sincerity and warmth allows her to connect with her customers and enables her to achieve their goal of either selling or acquiring their home.

Finding the perfect synergy btw a property and its buyer, and negotiate the best possible price.
What makes you the best?
I read people very well, and am able to match the perfect property for them, sort of a property match maker. Also I speak 5 languages and am therefore able to communicate with numerous foreign buyers
How will you stay the best?
Lots of time and devotion, my work is my passion, my ultimate satisfaction is to find a great buyer for a property I sell or a great property for my buyer, get them the best price, and them recommending me to others. My work is already my passion, and, as such, I devote a great deal of time to my customers. Being a good listener is essential for achievement. Sharing in their imagination and trying to help us focus so that their time, as well as mine, is spent efficiently. These procedures have worked consistently for me and will continue them into the future.
What are your aspirations: business & personal?
Personal: Exploring fascinating cultures and places in the world, meeting its people, learning their customs and tasting the cuisine.
Business: Expending my business on a global level.
