What do you do best?
Motivate others to be their best and reach their true potential. Also, remind them that they're more than just what they look like or a number on the scale.
What makes you the best?
My passion. I'm passionate about my work and our mission. Most of the time it feels more like play than work -- but I know from our readers that we're making a difference. And that inspires ME!
How will you become the best?
By continuing to follow my intuition and being committed to creating a business that inspires others to be healthier.
What are your aspirations: business & personal?
Personal: Run a successful company that changes lives while being a conscious and engaged parent. Also, drink more good wine and be able to do more pull-ups. (Just not at the same time!)
We haven't hit the million readers a month goal yet, and I'd love to!
What fascinates you?
The brain -- and what causes people to make changes.
Just do it. (Nike said it well!)
My daughter, Gwen. Hands down. She's awesome.
Paso Robles, Cali. I feel like I lived there in a past life or something. It's gorgeous, the people are amazing and the wine. Oh, the wine!
