She has developed a business philosophy of integrating human resources with business strategy, creating a hybrid HR leadership approach. This approach enables the leveraging human resources to achieve business results. What do you do best?
I am a good observer and communicator. I am an observer and communicator of business and workforce practices that enable organizations to be successful. I have been able to learn from the most chaotic of workplace circumstances and turn it into actionable successful solutions for others.
What makes you the best?
What makes me the best is that I’ve learned through many years of business challenge, transformation, failures and successes. Each page turned of work, life and educational experience has lead to the next book of opportunity. What makes me the best is a willingness to learn new things and share it.
How will you stay the best?
I plan to work on staying the best by keeping a spirit of determination, curiosity, and willingness to learn new things. I will not give up sharing what I learn with others.
What are your aspirations: business & personal?
Personal: I would like to get to a point where I can spend more of my time working on HR C-Suite, leveraging resources, and developing innovative solutions.
Business: I want to work to see my business grow. I want to be a bridge for success and supporter of small business growth. I want to be part of the solution for business growth and success.
What fascinates you?
I like a good mystery. I like to figure things out or find a solution and see it work. If it doesn’t work I will typically puzzle over it, adjust it, and try again.
