What do you do best?
Hugs. I’m a pretty damn good hugger.
What makes you the best?
My thirst for continuous growth. It’s almost an addiction, I need to figure out how I can be a better me, a more me.
What are your aspirations?
Ideally I’d like to change the world ;) In more specific terms I want to bring people together through joyous activities (yoga, music, meditation, etc) in a way that contributes the the bettering of our society and our world. I love being surrounded by people and sharing my passions with them.
Finding my independence and keeping it.
Most Challenging Moment?
Seeing my mom go through cancer. Becoming aware of how hard it is for her to let someone else take care of her for a change. It was frustrating, scary and sad. She is healthy now, thankfully.
I try to live by these words: ‘If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude.’ - Maya Angelou
Favorite People/Role Models?
I am impressed by people that take something that could be their greatest weakness and turn it into their strength. Brene Brown and Tommy Rosen are two examples of people I admire. My favorite person is my best friend. She has shown me what unconditional love means.
I grew up between Costa Rica and Berlin, Germany. I think that lead to me having a great appreciation for nature as well as all the positive aspects of city life (culture, art, energy, exchange). LA is one of my favorite places on earth because it really combines both. However I have a deep love for the desert. Joshua Tree, my friend’s ranch in Temecula (Peaceful Hearts for Change), and I could never get enough of the rough beauty of Big Sur.
I am currently in love with my Ascension Stone.
Creating. Anything that makes me feel like I am creating. Also horses and their wisdom.
