What do you do best?
Live my life as a woman of integrity.
What makes you the best?
I do my best to teach from a place of authenticity and grace. I keep it real with my students and will only teach what I personally practice and believe in. From the music I play in my classes, to the sequences I teach, to the meditations I offer - I will only teach what is real and meaningful to me. I think my students trust me because they can feel that.
What are your aspirations?
To share the healing powers of a consistent yoga and meditation practice with “non-believers.”
I'm very grateful to do what I do for a living in the city I love.
Most Challenging Moment?
Leaving a very long relationship that was no longer serving me.
