Kiera Chaplin sees her role as a valued consultant and advisor to her clients rather than just a salesperson. This dedicate approach arises from her deep appreciation for how stressful and challenging relocating can be. Having moved around quite a lot herself in her remarkably eventful life, she simplifies the process by making it as fun and stress-free as possible. Ambitious, outgoing, and devoted to her clients, she takes pleasure in guiding them through all the twists and turns of a transaction, from the first meeting all the way to closing, making sure they get the best service and results.
A native of both Ireland and Switzerland, Kiera speaks French and lives in Midtown Manhattan, where she enjoys the easy access to Central Park as well as the whole city. The granddaughter of Charlie Chaplin and the great-granddaughter of playwright Eugene O'Neill, she is true Hollywood royalty, and is an active member of the performing arts community. Ever devoted to philanthropy, she is an ambassador to the Amy Winehouse Foundation and has received a prize for her help from UNESCO. In her free time, she loves going to the theater, trying out new restaurants, and horseback riding.
What do you do best?
I like knowing everything about new developments. Being two steps ahead and getting my clients in before the product hits the market and getting them the best deal possible.
What makes you the best?
I’m very passionate about what I do and always do everything in my power to make my client happy. Not only do I love real estate but I generally care about the people I work with and want them to be happy. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will make in their life, so I want to make sure things go as smoothly as possible for them.
Every time I get a referral from a past client is a success in my eyes. At the end of the day your reputation is what is most important.
What are your aspirations?
Personal: I’m fairly new in this industry so my goal is to keep rising and then to travel and spend quality time with friends and family.
Business: Business wise the sky is the limit. I am very ambitious and have quite a few ideas up my sleeve, but now is not the time to be talking about them.
Most challenging moment?
I don’t think I have one. I have had many challenging situations but that’s just the nature of the beast. The trick is to find solutions as quickly as possible. That skill is what makes you a good broker.
