What do you do best?

I have learnt over the last few years that mindset is crucial to great health and happiness, to everything. Every thing we think, say or feel becomes our reality. If we fear we can’t, we won’t; if we fear we can, we will. If I had to choose just one thing it would be my ability to see the blessing in every challenge – change the way you look at things and the things you look at change!

I do believe I am also good at educating others around mindset in a simple and grounded way, helping them understand the significance of making more empowered choices.

What makes you the best?

I am simply the best at being me and I’m pretty happy about the way that looks right now!

What are your aspirations?

I aspire to reach an even larger audience, to touch the lives of many thousands of people all over the world, to help them find greater health and happiness. Knowing what I do now, I recognise this process is an awful lot simpler than we are lead to believe. As humans we over complicate everything yet all we really need to do is change the way we look at things.

Biggest Success?

Recovering from four years of CFS and turning my recovery journey into a business that enables me to both live and breathe my passions AND transform the lives of others. I believe getting chronically ill was the best thing that could ever have happened to me.

Most Challenging Moment?

Being diagnosed with CFS. I was pretty scared. Some people never recover so I had no idea what this meant for my life long term. Within 2 weeks I had shut down a successful recruitment business and moved in with my parents, unable to look after myself. At the same time, I had a feeling that something amazing was going to happen, I just had to let go of the need to know how.

Favorite Motto?

Thanks to Wayne Dyer, if you change the way you look at things the things you look at change.

Favorite People?

I am drawn to optimists able to see the best in every situation. Positivity is infectious. Enthusiastic, passionate, warm and humorous people are my type of people.

Favorite Places?

As far from civilisation as possible! I crave simplicity the older I get, simplicity and stillness. Wide open skies, a roaring ocean, miles of aqua marine water and white sand. I’m fortunate to have access to a couple of such wondrous places: Freycinet Peninsula on the East Coast of Tasmania, Australia and Flinders Island off the northern corner of Tasmania.

Favorite Products?

doTERRA essential oils – I use them on my skin, in my cooking, as cleaning agents, to help me retain calm, you name it. I’ve a rapidly growing collection and it brings me much joy!

I’m also mad for coconut oil; it has become my makeup remover, my body moisturiser and of course my favourite cooking oil.

Current Passions?

I’m doing an online webinar course so that I can then take my messages to a much larger audience in a more personal way. I’m really excited about this project.

Without question it’s about reaching as many people as I can with my messages, to touch the lives as many as I can by sharing the knowledge that has turned my life around so swiftly.
