What do you do best?
I think the best thing I do is host live. Im good at being in front of thousands of people hosting a fun, encouraging event. I enjoy doing it and the return of love and appreciate is one of a kind. Its also a place where I learn a great deal. Those moments can't be redone so if forces me to apply correction right away. Its an atmosphere where I have to be flexible, fluid, and aware.
What makes you the best?
What makes me the best at what I do is that realize that I'm always going to be a student. Knowledge is the key to success and growth. Im on this earth to learn and then apply that knowledge.
What are your aspirations?
To become a host/correspondent on national television.
I'm proud of all accomplishments because all those smaller efforts can be leveraged into other opportunities. I'm pretty excited about being the host of the Brooklyn Nets game and having started my blog, www.AllyLoveBlog.com. My blog is about Fitness, Sports, and Street Style.
Most Challenging Moment?
My first 1/2 Marathon. I had never run a race before and it was a hilly course in Central Park. I trained for 3 months and I felt ready. However, what I didn't take into account was that I would start out running too fast, and the fact that I had an incredible cramp in lower abdominals before I even started the race. By mile 12 I was feeling it. I wasn't sure I could make it. But i had some great run partners who came back to mile 12 to encourage me, not only to finish, but to make my time of 2 hours and 7 minutes.

My Love Squad. All of those who follow me on social media, read my blog and comment, and my close group of friends. They all encourage and push me to workout, do well, and be my best self. I believe everyone has a Love Squad. Take a second and think of those who push you beyond what you thought you could…those are the people who make up your Love Squad.
