What do you do best?

My best skill is helping people to find their own body blind spots, areas of their body that are overused, underused, or confused. I have a knack for helping people create better internal maps of themselves through awakening proprioception (body sense) and interception (physiological listening.)

What makes you the best?

1) I am a student of my body.

2) I am a student of what I teach.

3) I study my students.

What are your aspirations?

I teach self-care healthcare to students from all walks of life. One of the primary tools I use are my Roll Model® Therapy Balls, these include Yoga Tune Up® Balls, Therapy Ball Plus, Alpha Ball and Coregeous®. They are grippy, pliable, portable balls that give you the power to address your own needs and reduces the body’s dependency on medicine or other people to “fix” your issues. Every household should have a medicine cabinet filled with “rubber drugs” to alleviate aches, pains and prevent issues rather than a medicine cabinet filled to the brim with prescription drugs.

Biggest Success?

My daughter.

Most Challenging Moment?

I thought I would complete my book, The Roll Model before my daughter was born. I signed my book contract the same week I found out I was pregnant. Her labor was a breeze compared to birthing a 432 page book. I finished writing the book during the first 6 months of her life. This meant nursing her at my standing desk while writing, editing and polishing!
