What do you do best?

Hm....That's a loaded question, I think the safest way to answer this questions is to share what I spend a lot of time doing, and that is yoga.  Yoga has transformed me and I am passionate about teaching people how to use these practices to find more fulfillment in their lives.  I like to call myself a truth seeker,  I live my life as an explorer and seek out authenticity.  I have an honest and direct approach to life and try to live courageously by connecting to my deepest truth.  For me, this is where the fun begins, and I encourage others to do the same!

What makes you the best?

I have a very strong work ethic and have always had a good sense of discipline.  When I love something my heart is in it a 100%.  In my early years as a dancer, I trained every day, while living in NYC and was very dedicated to living my dreams.  I am still the same twenty years later but only in LA pursuing my yoga career.  Success happens when we are focused, dedicated, and put our heart behind what we are doing.  These are some good qualities with in myself I hope I can inspire in others.

What are your aspirations?

My career aspirations are to work for myself and continue to create a life with vision that fulfills my heart.  I love leading retreats and taking people to far off exotic places and teaching them how to embody yoga.  Watching people transform into a better version of themselves  is so rewarding, ,  When this happens, I feel like I am contributing to a better world and this fills me up!  My dream is to have a retreat center in an exotic lush place where people can come and re-connect to that peaceful place with in and come back to source .  My personal aspirations, are to continue to surround myself with love and invite more intimate connections into my life.

Biggest Success?

I am rich with travel.  I have been an avid traveler for over twenty years and have been drawn to intriquing places like India, Peru, Bhutan, and many more!  I am facinated with  different cultures and the way people live their day to day lives.  I have seen amazing luxury in some of the richest parts of the world and have  spent time in some of the poorest places where people are barely surviving.   The education you receive from word travel, I believe is the highest of all because it opens up our minds and expands our awareness to all living beings. It has taught me to flow and be ok with not - knowing, and to trust there is always a higher plan.

Most Challenging Moment?

My younger years were hard and losing my mom at the ripe age of 21. I loved her dearly and nothing can replace a mother's love.

Favorite Motto?

Let it go and let it flow! This too shall pass....

Favorite People?

My two little nieces who are five and seven.  There is so much truth and light in their being.  I love being around them because they light up my heart and reminds me what life is about.

Favorite Places?

So many, the world is a beautiful place! The mediterranean sea and the white sand beaches of Spain, the vibrancy of Bali and their sweet culture. And of course India, however after five trips and spending almost a total of a year there, I love the northern beaches of Goa, where I feel totally free and am still surrounded by this incrediable deep and intriguing culture.

Favorite Products?

One of my favorite places in LA to get facials is called the Face Place and I will splurge on there skin products.  I have dry skin and their skin products are the best taking all the dryness and redness away!

Current Passions?

Aside from yoga and travel? I am passionate about great healthy vegan cuisine, music, learning about other cultures, and lately astrology has been fascinating!  More importantly,  about living in a better world, where everyone knows true peace and happiness.
