Shad is an actor, writer and producer based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He can be seen performing at AuxDog theater in the Graduate as Mr. Robinson from March 18 - April 10. Shad is featured in a number of films including: Independence Day: Resurgence (2016), Gold (2016) and The Space Between Us (2016). Detailed credits can be found at or Shad also currently serves as the Chairman for Albuquerque SCORE Chapter 0067 where he champions economic development issues and personally mentors a variety of small businesses and is a board member to the Albuquerque based Giving It Forward, LLC.

As an entrepreneur and investor he serves on the advisory board of enterprise software and services firms providing perspective on sales enablement and growth strategies. He currently serves as an advisor to the following organizations: Talentura (mobile recruiting); Univ. of New Mexico School of Business Venture Program; CNM STEMulus Ignite Accelerator Program; ABQ SCORE Small Business Administration; & CMU Information Management Institute as Corporate Fellow.

What do you do best? 

 I am a connector of people and opportunities who constantly challenges the status quo.  I am on an eternal quest to improve and nurture valuable relationships.

What makes you the best? 

I believe that setting a ridiculously impossible vision and launching out on a quest to discover our boundaries is what makes us the best we can possibly be.

What are your aspirations? 

To create stories that educate as well as entertain while inspiring in others a legacy of compassion and justice.

Biggest Success? 

Without a doubt placing my family as a priority in life.  My wife and kids are amazing and have inspired me to seek out the greatest challenges in life.

Most Challenging Moment? 

Recovering from a childhood accident - I was hit by a drunk a driver and exceptionally fortunate to have lived through the ordeal.

Favorite Motto? 

"Those that fail to learn from history, are doomed to repeat it."

Favorite People? 

Anyone who advocate for peace, justice and positive change.  I’m also a huge music fan and could list pages up on pages of my favorite artists.

Favorite Places? 

One of my favorite places on the planet is Croatia.  Absolutely beautiful country and some of the most welcoming people I have ever encountered.  

Favorite Products?  

People who know me best would say that I have a serious addiction to Starbucks Green Tea Frappuccino’s.

Current Passions?

I believe that economic prosperity can be a driving force for positive social and community change.  I invest a significant portion of my time and energies to advocating business mentorship throughout our community.
