What do you do best?
Create wellness by space design and optimization. I love difficult tasks and great challenges in design.
I love to get into run down spaces that nobody want to make a wonderful space. I can make a palace out of a dump.
I also love small spaces and maximize how it is being used. Living in NY have taught me that the cost of space is too high to leave it un-used.
What makes you the best?
For nearly 30 years, I have dedicated my professional life to explore the role of design in our lives. I have discovered there is a direct correlation between the quality of the spaces we use to live, work, or inhabit with human happiness, productivity and wellbeing. My objective as an architect is to help people improve the quality of their lives by improving the quality of their spaces.
What are your aspirations?
To grow my bussines and develop residential and hospitality buildings and use my experience in exploring new ways of living. I would like to design larger projects to create wellness for large number of people.
Is staying in business for 30 years with my own firm and being a teacher in technology for design for more that 20. Staying current and motivated is my biggest success.
Most Challenging Moment?
When I moved to the USA from my native country ( Venezuela) I had to start all over.
Every 10 years I challenge myself to keep being current in how life change, new materials, new trends and technological avances in my area.
