What do you do best?
The best things that I do include implementing big things that make an impact. I don't really like details, I prefer the big picture and seeing how many moving pieces come together and that's both in personal life and in business.
What makes you the best version of yourself?
I always have and always will have the strongest work ethic you might ever meet. I'm absolutely obsessed with working when I feel the work I'm doing is fulfilling. It gives me this insatiable drive to create big things.
What are your aspirations?
My personal aspirations are to buy a house that is big enough to host our entire extended family for holidays. To have a house that's filled with love, game and great atmosphere where our kids want to bring their friends over. To be really close to family always, that's absolutely essential to me. Family is everything. My business aspirations are to honestly grow a business as big as we can make it and still have a ton of fun. Fun is huge to me and if I'm not having fun doing something then I don't want to do it anymore.
So far it has been seeing people become successful and good citizens in society (because of some way they were impacted by what I do).My students have been giving back, hiring people and building successful businesses. My clients who have business that are exploding are creating non profits that give back to the community. But my biggest success has been seeing that my kids are good people who respect others and want to help.
Most Challenging Moment?
My most challenging moment was hands down the day that somebody I really trusted completely turned on me, betrayed me and tried to essentially steal everyone from my program. It hit me really hard because it was the same week that my cousin committed suicide. The combination of the personal aspect and business emotions was just a little bit too much for me at that phase of life.
Take care of people and people will take care of you.
My favorite people and role models are Brian Chesky, Dolly Parton, The Kardashian Empire (as weird as that is) and Oprah Winfrey.
I absolutely love the Dominican Republic and I'm super excited for Spain to shortly become one of my favorite places (because I have a very strong gut feeling it will be).
I am obsessed with MIG Soaps because it is the only skincare I'm not allergic to and it is heavenly. I love books, especially anything from Liane Moriarty. I'm obsessed with anything from Tootsie Rolls and then beyond that no brand names. I just like clever mugs and cute T-shirts.
My passions are actually pretty nerdy. I love working, board games (and any games with my family), video games. I really enjoy going to the shooting range and reading.
