My Most Challenging Moment?
So many! My life today is the result of confronting and learning from my breakdowns, mistakes, and ineffective choices. One personal dilemma was making the tough decision to stop working with a number of colleagues whom I had known for years when I realized that we were operating from a completely different value system. I had a business coach who once told me: “You can mend any breakdown or disagreement in a personal or professional relationship, UNLESS that breakdown is due to a difference in values.”
