Cholthicha Srivisal (Thicha): STOTT PILATES Master trainer

Thicha obtained her Full Pilates certification through both Polestar Pilates and STOTT PILATES (level 2). Thicha also earned a STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer status (master trainer) where she trains and certifies new instructors in STOTT PILATES method in Thailand and Singapore. Thicha is also an instructor trainer in TotalBarre and Zenga (sister brands of STOTT PILATES). She is a fully STOTT PILATES certified in both level 1 and level 2 for mat and all Pilates equipments and certified in special population and injury. Thicha is a 200-hour yoga alliance certified. She is a certified Antigravity® instructor and a master trainer for Antigravity® Aerial Yoga and Suspension Fitness in Singapore.

Thicha is also a certified GYROTONIC, GYROKINESIS and GYROTONER trainer and has studied under notable master trainers across Europe and America. She was certified in GYROKINESIS by Juliu Horvath, the inventor of GYROTONIC system, at the GYROTONIC head quarter in Miami, Florida. Later in 2009, she was accepted by Juliu as a Pre-trainer in GYROTONIC and the only Thai and a few in Asia. Other movement studies and interests that have influenced her teaching include Ballet Floor Barre.  She continues to stay abreast of the latest international practices to stay up-to-date and broaden her teaching practice.

What do I do best?

Multi-tasking. I love juggling too many tasks in one go. It keeps me interested and stimulated!

When you love yourself, you can then love others. Be passionate in what you do and it will show in everything you do.

What are my aspirations?

I want to always be a ‘better’ version of myself: being a teacher, student, wife, and friends.

Do my best to be kind.

My Biggest Success?

When I graduated on top of my class with a Master of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston USA because I made my parents proud.

My Most Challenging Moment?

When I wanted to study Ballet full time as a young teenager but my parents insisted me to study and stay in academic school. My heart was broken and I felt lost. I pulled through with the strength of believing that I can do anything if I set my mind to do it.

My Motto?

Zero or nothing! Do it with passion!

My Favorite People/Role Models?

My dad. He has always guided me through all my life. Without him, I’d not be here of where I am.

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

NEW YORK CITY. The city that never sleeps. It always sparks my curiosity.

My Favorite Products/Objects?

My iPhone. The best invention ever! LOL

My Current Passions?

Ballet has always been my no 1 passion. Though I can no longer dance the way I used to due to many serious injuries, but my love for ballet always presents itself and transform and influence in my other works
