My name is Kris Pace and I am 39 years old… I have been through so many things in my life to lead me to this point and all of which have made me who I am. Beginning in the 90’s I volunteered to defend my country by joining the United State Air Force where I proudly served my country for six full years. After my service to this country had ended, I was like most veterans today that are not prepared to join society and let go of what they had experienced… this set me on a path for self-discovery and evaluation. Through my path to self-discovery, I found my way to health and wellness through proper nutrition and exercise.  The form of exercise varied for me over the years through Golf, Crossfit, Mixed martial arts, eventually finding my way to Yoga, Acrobatics, and Hand Balancing which is where my focus and attention is these days. Through mediation/ yoga, I have found balance and peace which is something that I believe I sought for many years…Through a steady practice and a healthy lifestyle of training with diet, I am conquering the demons of the military service and I am working each day on becoming closer to becoming truly free.  My knowledge with fitness, food, and lifestyle is available to anyone who wants to improve their lifestyle.

What do I do best?

I wouldn’t say that I am better than anyone at anything, but I am proud of what I have accomplished as a disabled Veteran of the United States Air Force…  I served my country well in the late 90’s and early 2000’s.  It left me with many issues and things that I would spend years facing to overcome… I eventually found a system for peace and balance in my life.  The system that I found involved Yoga, Mediation, exercise, and a healthy eating program… This lifestyle has allowed me to blossom and grow as a person while allowing myself to also make great progress as a Veteran.  At one point in my life, I found myself on over 11 medications from the VA… today; I am free of all of those pills!   I would love to inspire and show others how to achieve the same success that I have achieved and reach out to some of the 22 VETS a day that commit Suicide in America!

What makes me the best version of myself?

My persistence and refusal to give up has been my strongest asset in this journey. When I was young I tattooed the quote “Either I shall find a way, or I shall make my own” across my chest and I have my journey thus far has been one of my own making without a single hand from anyone.   We create our lives the way we envision them.   Mine is now exactly as I have always seen it!

What are my aspirations?

My aspirations are to be an inspiration to as many people as possible while constantly striving to achieve the highest form of self that I can possibly achieve.  My goals are to find and experience Compassion on the largest scale possible while raising my 3 beautiful boys to be contributing men in society.

My Biggest Success?

My greatest success has been my ability to constantly improve my life.  I have found a system and program that allows me to continue to live without wearing out my body or my system.  I am perfecting my mediation, training, and eating program to assure that I am always operating at a peak level.  This is the only success in life, as anything else that you achieve can be taken from you or lost at any point in time… the only real thing we can control is how we treat ourselves and the quality of living that we offer ourselves.

My Most Challenging Moment?

My most challenging moment in life is ongoing.  There are so many temptations in the world to steer someone off track and bring them into an unhealthy state of being… The challenge to not retaliate or defend ones truth when being persecuted by others is the greatest challenge that we all face.  Is was not until recently that I discovered that those who slander or bash others in the name of “truth” or “repair” is actually only their way of secretly never taking responsibility for their own actions and is ultimately seen as pathetic and unreliable.  I chose a path which only a few have chosen before… Putting people down for your own “healing” is not healing at all… rather a deflection of the true issue.

My Motto?

As I stated before… “Either I shall find a path or I shall make my own” is one of my favorite Mottos… I also love the line… “Live the Life you love, Love the life you live”… These two mantras have kept me focused and on track for many years and will continue to be the foundation for how I live.  Always choosing to make my decisions out of LOVE and never out of FEAR!

My Favorite People/Role Models?

My favorite role models are any human beings that choose to put others before themselves.  If anyone has the ability to serve others first before satisfying ones selfish desires, they are the heroes of our world… Of all the trillions of humans that have come across this planet, the only few names that we remember were not remembered for their money, status, education, or titles… The Buddha, Jesus Christ, Mother Theresa, Gandhi, etc. were all known because they were teachers and practitioners of love.  I choose love as those who have gone before me… Anyone who chooses to live a life of love will constantly be a role model in my life!

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

My favorite places and destinations are mostly spread across the 3rd world countries… I find that people are the most authentic and real in those places and I have enjoyed seeing them smile as they receive a HUG.  Their understanding of possessions is completely different than that of the “spoiled World”.  I enjoy traveling and being a part of all cultures and ways of living… Okinawa, Japan was one of my favorite places to live! Love the culture and the people!

My Current Passions?

My current passions include… helping others, feeding the needy, providing fresh water to those without.  Giving love where there is none, allowing safety to be felt by those who have only known fear.  I love to practice Yoga, Mediation, Acrobatics, CyberYoga, and many other forms of exercise and training.
