What do I do best?

Focused Effort. Everything I’ve achieved is from saying “no” to those things that don’t matter. I’m very good at blocking out noise, and focusing my daily efforts on what I want to achieve.

I’m also a connector - I have a knack for connecting like-minded people, and identifying synergies.

What makes me the best version of myself?

Exercise. Eating healthy. Having goals, and focusing my efforts. Pursuing my passions. Living with purpose. Mindfulness - knowing what people, places, and things give me positive energy, and avoiding people places and things that give me negative energy.

What are my aspirations?

Personal: A lifestyle - waking up everyday with passion and purpose. Aligning business with pleasure. Inspiring others to do the same. Travel the world /flexibility to do what I want, when I want! Meeting like minded people wherever I am.

Business: A portfolio of successful investments (technology, health and wellness, hospitality).  Helping other entrepreneurs pursue their passions - with funding, connections, and advice. A personal brand / influencer marketing relationships with products and services I’m passionate about. Flexility to do what I want, when I want!

My Biggest Success?

Qualifying twice for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. It taught me that anything is possible if you seek expert guidance, then focus your effort -> do everything with purpose.

My Most Challenging Moment?

Failed businesses. Breakups. Failed partnerships. Bike crashes leading up to key races. I’ve learned not to dwell on the past - control what you can control, stay positive, and move on!

My Motto?

Put yourself out there. Opportunities will present themselves if you’re out there - meeting people, adding value, and creating content. I try to meet 2-3 new people everyday. I produce a ton of content - it allows me to connect with like minded people. “Collect dots, eventually they’ll align, and something special will happen”

Better than yesterday - I try not to waste time - I want to improve incrementally everyday. Physically, mentally, emotionally.

My Favorite People/Role Models?

My parents taught me that hard work pays off; that you can create your own destiny.

Anyone pursuing their passions; thrill seekers living with purpose - creatives, entrepreneurs, athletes, lifestyle bloggers,

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

Denver, CO - my new home! The mountains are magical. I thrive in environments where there is outdoor adventure, like-minded people (into health and wellness / creatives), and entrepreneurial growth.

Santa Monica / Venice, CA - I love the west coast vibe and style. I could run for days along the ocean on the Santa Monica Bike Path. I love exploring Abbot Kinney for hip new cafes, restaurants, and retailers.

Kauai - the ocean, the Nepali Coast - a landscape like no other. And, amazing acai bowls!
