What do I do best?
I take immense pride in my personal and spiritual journey and development. My first intense spiritual moment came at the age of 18. Things were revealed to me that cannot be fully taught or explained, but only experienced for oneself. I’m a big believer in the idea that everyone must have his or her individual spiritual journey. I’m best at understanding and realizing immediately each experience creates a dramatic shift in my life.
What makes me the best version of myself?
I am a determined, consistent, driven and detailed oriented person with structured daily practices. “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit.” For me having a daily routine helps me establish priorities, limits procrastination, provides continuous inspiration of my goals, and keeps me physically healthy. Being structured but not living in a box gives me more drive, motivation, and passion, which simply helps me reach my goals with ease. For me, the key is to create regular and consistent daily patterns that will take me where I want to go in life.
What are my aspirations?
My personal aspirations are to take my mediation practice to a deeper level and also take myself deeper in my physical abilities. Defying age limitations is important to my lifestyle and mindset. I also started a charity for underprivileged teens to experience prosperity and abundance and change the direction of their lives.
My business aspirations, which is really a natural extension of who I am, is to have created the largest team of millionaires and have a culture that is unstoppable and to carry on the mission of changing lives physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially.
My Biggest Success?
I am genuinely proud of my network marketing business and the 6 simple systems I have created to assist not only myself but others in my organization and outside of it. It was always rewarding for me to see my former students come back to me to share their successes when I was a counselee and it’s just as rewarding now to watch thousands living their life on their own terms. There is still so much more to come. I believe life is a constant work in progress and each experience big, small, good or bad continues to help me grow and expand as a human being.
My Most Challenging Moment?
I’m not sure there has been one specific moment. In life, it’s guaranteed that we’ll be faced with unconscionable adversity. Some challenges help to shape our character while others will completely alter the course of our lives. I, like all other people, have experienced tragedy, loss, and disappointment. Every tragedy I have endured has taught me to be strong in mind and will. Every event I have experienced has taught me to value all that I have because it is not promised.
“People are doing the best they can do with the skills that they have, including myself.” Louise Hay has helped me understand that we’re all souls just doing the best we can on this planet. Finding compassion but always having self-respect in the process is key to it all. I’m learning this each and every day. If I start my day “unchecked” I can most definitely find myself in worry, anxiety and looking at what’s wrong rather than check myself in the morning and get in a good state to start my day, so daily meditation and readings are all part of grounding myself in how I choose to live my life.
My Favorite People/Role Models?
Iyanla Vanzant “The only way to get what you really want is to let go of what you don't want.” One of the many reasons I love Iyanla Vanzant is that she teaches you how to set yourself free of the chains that may bind you. “Ruthless self correction” If we can’t look at our own darkness we can never be healed to move into the light.
My Favorite Places/ Destinations?
Any place I can find peace is my favorite destination. I am a city lover but also love to experience the peace of nature. I’m not a hiker by any means but to sit by the calmness of an ocean and hear the waves crash brings me joy. One of my favorite trips was to Croatia. Each Island was prettier than the other. Going to Bali was another amazing experience. The people were kind and generous. I have a list of places I will experience in this lifetime.
My Favorite Products/Objects?
Where do I begin?! Of course the nutritional products I sell are by far my favorite. I also love some of the essential oils and their benefits for my overall wellbeing. And I’m addicted to buying and wearing Mika Yoga wear. Flowers bring me joy; all colors and types.
My Current Passions?
I have four that are non negotiable in my life. First being Bikram Yoga. For me, knowing myself, my personality and how I operate, I love knowing I can go anywhere in the world and take the same class…26 postures no matter what language is spoken. Once you mentally get passed the heat, the focus is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Next is Pole Fitness and Lyra Hoop. Again, defying my age of 50 and learning new physical types of fitness. I used to dance when I was young and into my early 20s so bringing Pole Fitness and Lyra has made me realize how much I missed the movement in my life. And the final is Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditation practices. Being able to change my energy and state can most definitely be challenging but I’m excited to continue the work and go deeper.
