Daisy is a lighthearted 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher with training in therapeutics, a Master Practitioner of NLP, and a Certified Holistic Health Coach with various other certifications that deepen her understanding of these practices and teachings. Fascinated by the connection between mind and emotion, she's now dedicated to empowering others through change by working with our mind through our body. Incorporating mindset and emotional shifts whenever she can, Daisy draws inspiration from her surroundings to create simple yet powerful inquiry.
What do I do best?
Feel my emotions, to then lighten the load. Instead of pushing my feelings and emotions to the side, I now connect with them. In my opinion, they’re such powerful guides and so detoxing. They allow me to connect with the world around me.
Like the saying goes “everyone is fighting their own battle” and many times this battle clouds everything else around us. Having the opportunity, even if for a split second, to tap into our inner workings and consider a different vantage point of the same situation can make all the difference.
I believe that even when we’re being dragged through the mud, there is potential and beauty right in that spot - we just need to remove the hesitation of actually connecting to the feelings that have popped up to perceive it.
What makes me the best version of myself?
Frustration. Honestly, I thought about this long and hard. What has consistently pushed me forward, even in moments when I most wanted to stay in bed, has been the nagging of frustration.
Frustration in my own personal journey of pain from loss, heartbreak, feeling stuck, negative self-talk, and the cruelty of the world - running on a hamster wheel, getting nowhere real fast.
Tapping into what frustrates me the most, I figured out how to better connect with my desires and, by doing so, hopefully inspire others to do the same.
What are my aspirations?
To enjoy a light hearted, peaceful home life with a small animal rescue in my backyard.
To grow the Bunny Butt Yoga community into a strong (physically and mentally) group of women who support their personal journey to feel good, rather than bash it, so they can then, do the good they wish to see in the world right in the community around them.
My Biggest Success?
Making a living from what I love to do - teaching yoga and holding space for others to grow past self-defeat.
My Most Challenging Moment?
I can’t say this was a personal decision but THE most challenging moment in my life has been the passing of my mom, followed by my best friend two years later. Both experiences ripped away different parts of me that I will never gain back. Finding balance and peace fluctuates every day since then.

All animals - they’re the best role models, my family - pup and fiancé included, Deepak Chopra, and my yoga teacher mentors.

Ocean side somewhere, anywhere.

My yoga mat, doTerra oils, himalayan salt lap, my Kindle, Dr. Kombucha, and Water Kefir.
My Current Passions?
Playing with the current limitations of my body and expanding its reach. Writing and simply loving the simplicity of certain moments - they don’t come very often :)
