What do I do best?
My best quality is my ability to inspire people to manifest more of who they are and what they want in life. I love helping people to widen their perception of themselves so they feel empowered to grow into their potential. My work with the Tibetan bowls has been incredibly effective in working to this end.
What makes me the best version of myself?
Without a doubt it is courage. The courage to push through my self perceived limits without knowing for sure what the outcome would be. I think it takes courage to allow oneself to be vulnerable and authentic no matter what.
What are my aspirations?
I think my personal and business aspirations are similar. To grow and develop my skills at being a compassionate human being, have fun doing it, and to do whatever I do from a place of authentic desire rather than from another person’s expectation of me. I also aspire to be better at being in present moment but also able to see myself as part of the bigger cosmic picture- all at the same time. To give more voice to my creativity especially the domain of theater and art is a part of my growth. I wish that my new sound healing book will reach many people and help them use these instruments as a training vehicle to work in an effective manner.
My Biggest Success?
Understanding that my entire life, all the little bits – traumatic and wonderful- every moment of it contributes to the person I am today feels like a huge success.
My Most Challenging Moment?
Traveling for 5 months alone in Africa to widen my perception of the world and learn to let go of expectations. Moving to California from the east coast with no set plan; not knowing anyone or what I would do when I got here. On a wing and a prayer. Birthing and raising my children alone.
