Elba Mueller is a law graduate from Universidad Nuevo Mundo in Mexico City. She has spent most of her professional career in the corporate environment. Elba has wide experience working in the administration field. She experienced firsthand the effects of high stress levels, which prompted her to research mental wellbeing. She found joy on this path, which inspired her to get certified in Primordial Sound Meditation by the internationally recognized Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Elba has also initiated the process to certify in the study of personality psychic structures at the Enneagram Institute. Elba was a practicing life and meditation coach for several years before focusing on writing and public speaking.
As a writer, she contributes a popular blog to the Chopra Center’s website focusing on meditation. She has a unique perspective on bridging psychology with spiritual matters. She found local allies in Prevea Health and Wellness to bring her expertise to their member corporations. Since then, she has been a public speaker focusing on the topic of mental wellbeing. Her newly released book, Beginners Guide to Happiness: 15 Secrets for a Richer, More Fulfilling Life, is the result of her personal experience with stress, her professional and personal learning, as well as her education. Her blog, Elba Mueller at Chopra Center has a broad readership and has garnered thousands of likes in social media. Mueller is fluent in Spanish, English, and German.
What do I do best?
Among the best things I do is to keep myself energized and full of enthusiasm for life and for any project I choose. I am an assertive and persuasive speaker, a powerful motivator, a natural leader and, an influential writer.
I have a well-developed ability to communicate. This skill helped me learned languages relatively easy. I speak three languages fluently (Spanish, English, and German)
I am a natural artist. I am a good singer. I used to sing to pay for college, and I enjoyed it so much. I am an oil painting artist as well. Aside from law degree, I obtained a degree in interior decoration. I love art and all its expressions.
What makes me the best version of myself?
I call it my Evolution and I use it as a slogan in my website.
My best version is to live healthier, grow stronger, feel prouder, struggle less, and enjoy more.
What are my aspirations?
My personal aspiration is to grow in discipline. To achieve the strongest body I have ever had in my life so far.
Business related, I have the personal goal to be more discipline and consistent as a writer and a public speaker. I want to make a living from it.
My Biggest Success?
One of my biggest successes was to graduate from law school in Mexico City. The second major success was to learn and be able to speak three languages fluently. One of my most recent achievements was to write a book and publish it.
On a personal level, I am a great mother. I have taught my kids meditation and self-esteem. I have developed kind human beings as well as athletic people.
My Most Challenging Moment?
When I left my country for the first time. I I had to learn a new language in a short period of time so I could find a professional job. I got sick with severe anxiety and panic attacks. I went through divorce, grew from this experience in strength, resilience, courage, patience among other virtues, as a result I healed completely without the need of medication.

My Current Passions?
To rejuvenate. Recently I discovered I could, literally rejuvenate and look many years younger. I have changed my lifestyle completely, and I am feeling stronger, and I am looking better than 20 years ago.
