Cecilia Dintino is a psychologist and drama therapist in private practice in New York City. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychology at Columbia University Medical Center, The Women’s Program, and adjunct faculty with New York University’s Program in Drama Therapy. She is currently researching and writing for and about women over 50. She co-founded Twisting The Plot: Solutions for Women over 50.

What do you love most about Your City?
The people (all of them) and the many ways we celebrate everything together. Everyday is a parade.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant? Triple Soy Latte, Starbucks.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – Waking up.
10:00 AM – Doing a psychotherapy session with someone amazing.
12:00 PM - Favorite Lunch spot/meal?
My desk in Chelsea, hot tomato soup and sushi.
7:00 PM - Heading home to have dinner with my family.
11:00 PM - Hopefully mid-dream.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
I love my coffee in the morning. Gave up wine and vodka for a year, so for now, I love my seltzer.
